Competition is always a source of growth for us and it drives us to do even better, that’s why we love participating in contests.

In April 2010, in the first competition “Formaggi in Rosa” at  “Mille e Due Formaggi” in Mantova, the Ibleo Fresh Cosacavaddu won the third prize in the category of stretch-curd cheeses.

In June 2010 we were awarded with the coveted prize “Imprese Eccellenti” of the CNA in Siracusa in the category “A female business that has stood out for its qualitative and dimensional performance” with the following comment: The company has been able to bet on private initiative, aiming to offer high quality products of excellence, using only officially free and controlled raw materials, coming exclusively from the Iblei hills. 

At the ALMA CASEUS Competition organized by Alma the International Cooking School at CIBUS in Parma, the “Luna Piena” cheese stands out in all its editions:

– finalist among the first 30 kinds of cheese from all over Italy in 2010

– third place in the Cheese Vaccines category of farm in 2014

– Special Mention in 2016.

Our company is present in the advertisements of several magazines such as “Le vie del gusto” April-May 2015 and in specialized guides such as FOODIES 2016 by Gambero Rosso.

We are pleased to have received the visit of Giorgio Barchiesi for the TV show “Giorgione Orto e Cucina”, broadcasted on the Sky channel of Gambero Rosso, and to have our “Luna Piena” cheese in his reci-pe book “Giorgione Orto e Cucina 2”.
